No Refund on Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales on www.luckydraw24.in are final and non-refundable, regardless of:

  • User mistake or accidental purchase
  • Change of mind after payment
  • Not winning a prize in the draw
  • Draw results not meeting personal expectations
  • We strongly advise all users to carefully read the draw details before proceeding with payment.

Refunds for Failed Transactions

In the event of a technical issue such as:

  • Double payment (charged more than once)
  • Failed transaction with amount deducted
  • Please contact us at: support@luckydraw24.in with the following:
  • Payment proof or screenshot
  • Transaction ID

Date and time of paymentOnce verified, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Draw Cancellation

If a scheduled lucky draw is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, you may:

  • Receive a full refund for your purchased ticket(s), or
  • Choose to carry forward the ticket(s) to the rescheduled draw
  • We will notify all participants through email or SMS in such cases.

No Refund for Disqualified Users

Participants found violating our Terms & Conditions or engaging in fraudulent activity will be disqualified, and no refund will be issued.
